Platform Engineer & IT Consultant
Independent consultancy — Roberto Isaac Consulting AB — bringing seven years of platform engineering to teams that need automated, self-service infrastructure. I specialise in DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, from deep troubleshooting to service architecture.
Roberto Isaac Consulting AB is my independent consultancy. I'm a Platform Engineer and IT consultant with deep expertise in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and platform building, backed by seven years of hands-on engineering across some of Sweden's most demanding technical environments.
My career spans platform engineering at Saab and a progression at Ericsson — from ICT engineer, through DevOps and network-tooling roles, up to Service Architect for the monitoring domain, where I designed service architecture and led it through security audits. That range means I can move fluently between low-level troubleshooting, automation, and high-level architecture and stakeholder work.
I thrive in small, engaged teams focused on automated, self-service platform services, and I'm driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in continuously learning new technology — including implementing agentic AI loops to accelerate development and raise code quality.

Key person in modernizing the ordering, configuration and deployment of segregated development environments through DevSecOps. Drive the design and evolution of IaC and CI/CD flows, and lead process modernization and system segmentation alongside security and infrastructure teams. Implemented agentic AI loops to speed up development and improve code quality.

Service architect for the monitoring domain within Ericsson Lab Operations. Designed and documented the service architecture, led the service through security audits, ensured successful progression through project phases and managed incoming stakeholder requirements.

Developed internal network operations tooling and was a key resource for troubleshooting across many tech stacks. Selected projects: TAC+ (Docker Swarm in an isolated, repo-less environment with automated GitLab CI/CD), BGP Flowspec DDoS protection that greatly reduced firewall load during attacks, a multi-site gRPC collector, and Ansible SSSD automation triggered via the AWX API.
